Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Masseria Carrassa Societa Agricula produces a small production (2.500-4.000 ltrs) every year, of the high quality Olive Oil. We harvest when the quality is the highest and the yield the smallest. In 2023 the harvest took place from the 8.-23. of October. There is a maximum of 10 hours from harvest to press. And the harvest is conducted in the coolest possible time during the day – morning hours.

We focus on quality and the taste of our EVOO, and we are committed to continue this work every year, striving for the best possible Olive Oil, based on our fine and hundreds of years old olive trees.
