Puglia had us at Hello

We have always been very fond of Italy and has visited the country many times. When we came to Puglia we fell in love. We bougth Masseria Carrassa and embarked on the journey of restoring it according to what the culture and history calls for and with the outmost respect.

We believe in being the change we want to see in the world. The respect we show. The way we behave. The way we use the ressources of this world and mostly what we leave for those to follow. At the core of our hearts and business is a Holistic Perspective.

Masseria Carrassa is a historic agricultural estate covering 9 hectares along the coastal area, characterized by a Mediterranean climate and karstic soil, ideal conditions for olive cultivation.

We have a small production of high quality EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) approximately 2000 ltrs pr year. And we strive to constantly optimizing the quality and the way we grow the land.

We both come from very different backgrounds from hospitality and olive farming. It has been a steep learning curve... but isn't that what life is all about. We love it and find it very meaningfull the make and effort, to have a positive impact and create beautiful tastes and moments...
