Restoration proces

For the past 70 years Masseria Carrassa has been used only for production and no one has been living in the Masseria, besides the falcons.

We are now in the process of refurbishing the entire estate and bringing it back to its original splendor however not using the ground floor for animals and equipment as it was originally. In the refurbishment process we use only sustainable and local materials.

On this page you can follow the entire process, documented by Fotografer Nicola Cipriani (www.nicolacipriani.com)

The beginning of a journey

For us bying a Masseria is a dream come true. After at tedious proces of waiting, approvals and notary work we finally got the keys and could kick of the restoration process.
